For me, I expect criticism…However, it always surprises me who we get a marjority of it from–other believers. It excites me when someone who doesn’t particularly agree with me responds in a polite, Christ-like, encouraging manner.

The truth is, we are going to differ on what we believe or think at some point. I think what makes all the difference is your response…Are you going to “build up” or “tear down,” encourage or blast, etc…

It seems to me that you would expect people to respond, positively or negatively, to a “press release”. Where does the surprise and/or excitement come from?

I guess I find myself naive to the whole idea of a press release in the first place. It just seems weird.
