		<description><![CDATA[I agree with what you said Lew.  You definitely need to get out there and interact with people to really learn.  However, for someone who may not know how they will react or what they will say, I think reading up on the subject is a good starting point.  With that said, if all you do is read up on it and never use that knowledge to help anyone, what&#039;s the point any way?  Thanks for the 2 cents Lew!]]></description>
